Josh the bug guy is the best in town, hands down has the best customer service and quality work! Was quick to respond when I needed an immediate bug spray and provided wonderful tips to help keep the house clear from any bugs. Would highly recommend getting the whole house sprayed as the price is affordable and the service is quick. I do love getting the text messages from him notifying of spraying after 45 days because you have a tab of when to get your next spray done! I have a dog and a cat and Josh easily worked around them with no problems at all! If you’re trying to decide whether or not you want to get your house sprayed I say stop and call/text Josh right now because he will be on it! 👍🏽 if I could I would give 100 stars!!!

Amazing company! Superb service! Excellent timing! Should I say more? Ok, let’s go.I reached out for a quote on Yelp concerning some pest control services for my business and Josh was one of the first to respond. Oh, I didn’t mention his response was within minutes! I felt like I was in a true crisis and that meant the world to me that he made time to take care of my issues the same day.Julian was dispatched and very communicative about when he would arrive (I didn’t do so well on my end I missed all the messages 🙁 ) Julian was polite, patient, and so respectful. It was like he was sent from the lord! He was heaven-sent. I felt calm suddenly.To the pest issue. He made sure to walk the premises even outside the building looking for any signs that needed attention. Thank goodness my issue was minor. He made sure our business was left in great shape and our clients will remain happy and safe.My business is my baby and the public’s safety is my number one priority. Josh the Bug Guy is a very responsive and professional company. They were able to come out and take care of my ant problem the day of and we have not had any issues since. Julien was our technician and he did a wonderful job and was very respectful of our home.

Honestly, I've used A LOT of different places and the scorpions still come back. This guy came at night on the day I found 4 scorpions in the backyard during the day. He sprayed after he hunted for them, and I was safe from them for a long time till I saw 3 of them after the neighbors had a jackhammer to the ground. I knew they rustled up these nasty things. Sure enough, they came out. One was even in the pathway of where my dogs walk to go potty. Nope! Called Josh the next day. He sent his cousin this time, which I wasn't crazy about because I knew Josh did do a good job and wanted him back. His cousin was very professional and attentive to the spraying. Just as good as Josh.
